About Nazri's Place l
Since its inception in 1980, when Nazri started off by building 5 huts and now nearly 30 years later, Nazri's Place is still around to offer you a wide range of accommodation to suit your budget and taste. Nazri's Place of Kampung Air Batang can boast to have one of the best beaches along the 200 kilometres stretch of beach. In fact, the Marine Park in Kampung Tekek can be reached in only 8 minutes of walk or short climb up across the rocky hill that separates Nazri's Place (Nazri's Place I) and the Marine Park. On the hill overlooking the waters, perched at the edge of the hill, there is a startling landmark- a white metal outcrop that stands upright on the hill. It used to be a lighthouse helping seafarers as they navigated their ships and once they see this landmark, they knew that they have reached Kampung Air Batang or as it was known back then as Tanjung Mensoh.
Nazri's Place is THE PLACE for romantics to see the best ever view of sunset or sea-lovers to go scuba diving, snorkelling or swimming in the crystal clear waters of South China Sea or simply just lazing about on the clear and clean sandy beach of Nazri's Place.
You can take the speed boat or fast ferry either from Tanjung Gemok Jetty , Rompin, Pahang or at Mersing Jetty , Mersing, Johore. Please make sure you stop at Air Batang Jetty or more commonly known as ABC Jetty. Here, you have to walk for about 10 minutes to your right from the jetty to reach Nazri's Place (Nazri's Place I). You could also make prior arrangements with the management to pick you from the jetty. Enjoy your stay!
